Customer Care
At Bobbine Berden Design, each item is handmade with care using recycled textiles such as old clothing and home fabrics. Every piece is unique, and small variations in color or material are part of its charm. Custom orders are welcome and made in close consultation with the customer.
Orders are typically shipped within 5–14 business days. You will receive a track & trace code once your item is on its way. For large artworks or installations, shipping and delivery options will be discussed individually.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Custom-made items cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, it will be replaced or refunded.
Order cancellations are possible within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the production process may already be underway.
Payments can be made via iDEAL, credit card, or bank transfer. For custom work or larger pieces, a deposit is required.
Your personal data and order information will be kept private and never shared with third parties.
